Unable to upgrade: Resolved

Dear dataloader.io users, 

Some of you might've experienced problems when upgrading subscriptions to Professional and Enterprise Editions from December 6-7th. We're happy to inform that we've identified and successfully resolved the problem.

    So incredibly frustrating, I am getting this error as well and have had tickets open with support for a week without any response.

     

    My credit card has also been charged $1 for each attempt to upgrade that I have made.  This needs to get fixed ASAP

    Still today I am unable to upgrade our subscription! Is there any response to this? I can't submit a ticket or get any update on this issue.

    I was finally able to upgrade to Professional today however the number of records used under my previous free version was applied to my paid monthly record limit (i.e. 100K records - 9K records = only 90K records remaining). That's wrong, this never happened in the past! Looks like more BS and bugs!

    I am getting the same result.. Oops! with no additional information, and the only way to log a support ticket is to upgrade, which I am unable to do... "Oops"
