Update on Recent Instability Issues

We are aware that some users have encountered issues following a recent infrastructure upgrade to dataloader.io. Our team is actively addressing these, and the following issues have been resolved:

  • Fixed the ability to send "y" or "n" for boolean fields.
  • Restored the ability to log in using custom domains.
  • Resolved a login issue caused by a missing permission.
  • Fixed a sign-in issue due to a faulty redirect.
  • Resolved a problem preventing bulk tasks from running in serial mode.
  • Improved error handling for SFTP connection failures.
  • Added support for the "28/06/1999 00:00:00" date format.
  • Resolved an issue causing bulk tasks to expire
  • Fixed an issue impacting import tasks using multiple mappings (e.g., a single CSV column mapped to more than one Salesforce field) that caused "Missing field" errors.
  • Enhanced logging for sandbox accounts.
  • Resolved an issue causing bulk tasks to expire when one or more rows had errors.

Ongoing Investigations:

We are currently investigating the following issue:

  • Resolving an error that occurs when processing UTF-8 BOM files from SFTP servers.
  • Bulk tasks with empty values in the CSV causing errors.

For certain SFTP-related issues, adding the IP addresses from this article to your allowlist may help. In some cases, re-creating the SFTP connection can restore the connection:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Connections.
  2. Do not delete the existing connection.
  3. Add a new connection using the same credentials.
