Upcoming Hyperforce Migration - Action Required for FTP/SFTP Users

What is changing?

We are moving dataloader.io services to Salesforce Hyperforce, a modern, scalable, and secure infrastructure built for the public cloud.

Hyperforce will deliver:

  • Improved performance and reliability
  • Enhanced privacy and security standards
  • Increased scalability to support your data loading needs

As part of this move, we are also:

  • Updating our account deletion policy for unpaid users
  • Introducing new IP addresses that must be allowlisted if you use FTP or SFTP

Any anticipated downtime during the transition will be contained within our standard MuleSoft maintenance windows and communicated via the MuleSoft Trust Page.

Who is impacted?

As part of this migration, users should not experience any disruption. However, this process will introduce new IP addresses for dataloader.io. As a result, Enterprise and Professional customers using IP allowlists must add the IP addresses linked below to ensure uninterrupted service.

What action is required?

If you use FTP or SFTP connections:

  • Review the list of new IP addresses
    • Update your firewall or server settings to allow connections from these IP addresses before January 11, 2026 to avoid uninterrupted service.

All users should also:

  • Review the updated account deletion policy for unpaid users
    • Deletion of inactive accounts will begin on February 1, 2026.
