Can a connection be deleted?

I have changed SFDC Orgs and the old connection prevents me from connecting to datalaoder.io using the new connection.

Hi Graham, yes, you can delete connections from Connections Tab under User Settings. Let me know if you need anything else. Regards.

Hello Ariel, it seems that this is not possible when logged in with only a single connection.

I can only log in using an old connection (I am on the free version) but that connection is no longer valid as my access to that SFDC instance has changed.

I set up a new instance and have been using the data loader quite often. Unfortunately, I have two instances running in different windows and when I clicked the data loader.io link, I was logged in using that old instance.

I am on a Mac using safari and Chrom but have tried this on Windows 10 using Edge. The OS and browser versions are updated often.

I understand from another post that you may need to delete these users from the backend. Happy to provided user names if this is possible.

Hello Graham, thanks for your clarification. Is this a Sandbox or Production environment? Please share with us Salesforce Username to investigate further. Thanks!

Hi Graham,

Just to understand better you are not able to login to your SF Account gmilliken@apacscientific.com using dataloader.io anymore? (have you tried deleting cache and cookies and going to dataloader.io and use your Salesforce credentials?)

We don't think deletion will help you, please provide as a detailed step by step on what are you trying to do. We understand that you have 2 explorers with different instances logged in but how are you accessing dataloader.io (web dataloader.io? canvas?).

Some screenshots will be helpful.

Thanks!

Ariel,
in case you did not get my previous reply, the problem ended up being an update to TLS 1.1 (from TSL 1.0) in salesforce.com. I have deactivated the update (therefore reverting back to TLS 1.0) and can now operate data loader.io correctly.

Thanks for your help.
