Feeling detached by attachment uploading

Greetings. Until about 10 days ago, an attachments import I was doing on a daily basis was working. I didn't rung the task for about 1 week and it is not in my history. I usually ran the task after first editing it upload a new .csv and a new .zip file. I have been trying to recreate the task with dataloader.io to no avail. It's a simply 3 column csv which acts as an index to the accompanying zip file. Both files are correct in their data and I'm using the same format csv I've always been using. Is there anything newly required of this task that I'm missing? The error returned after uploading the zip file (the second and larger of the two) is as follows: "The uploaded file format is not correct. Please try again uploading a csv (comma separated values) file."

I have tried with and without double quote text delimiters only to get the same result. I have tried with and without the full file path name in the Body column. When it was working, it worked without the full file path name.

Can you help me?

Hi Steve, can you please share with us Task Run Id to investigate further? Thanks!

I'm sorry, but, as the last task runs I did for the import are not in my history, I don't know the Id(s). I used to run the task by editting the previous run to upload a new csv and zip. Now, I'm trying to set up a new import, a simple process, but, I'm missing something. The csv lists all the PDF files that are in the zip file, even in the same order.

We need to replicate it, have you got a way to reproduce this case? Please share example files to info@dataloader.io. Thanks!

Sorry if I'm being a pest, but, is there any indication of what I might be doing incorrectly?
