paid today, cancelled today, can I get the paid subscription back without paying AGAIN?

I see there are multiple other posts with the same issue, however, I do not see any replies. I purchased a pro subscription, cancelled, realize we need to use it again and am not able to access the pro benefits without paying for another month (purchase & cancel within the same day!)

 

I am not able to reach out via contact us, or submit a support ticket. Is anyone able to assist?
