ALL scheduled tasks are failing, throwing an "expired" error

On dataloader.io, all of our scheduled tasks are expired, the error does not indicate a reason. We created a support case with MuleSoft, case ID 46988, however, they are not replying yet.

Is there a workaround? Please share any info.

This has been happening to us since yesterday. Raised a support ticket and after more than 36 hours, still have not received any response. Such a shame!

If your Export tasks are posting files to an SFTP server, then the workaround would be to either email the file to yourself or use a browser download (instead of SFTP).

Hello Saiprasad,

When I signed back in on Friday, they posted this message on a banner in my account;

I hope this helps.

Juan

Hi Juan,

I got that message as well. I tired it on Friday and it did not help, so I gave up. However, Saturday's tasks seems to have run as expected without any errors. Let's see if that holds up. :)

Hi, we are also facing the issue of failing scheduled jobs with error message "Task status:  Forced Expiration
Problem description:  Application error" that's really unrealistic and we are also not listening back from support. What kind of changes had been incorporated to Dataloader.io tool by Mulesoft?

Hi,

Another case of many issues in Dataloader since Wednesday 25/09, even there are 2 or 3 task still working since yesterday.

We safelisted the new IPs mentioned here

We also tried to re-create the connections, still no luck

I have the same problem as of yesterday.  My tasks take files from Dropbox connection.

I'm having to manually import the files!

Are you all going to fix this any time soon?  The "Workaround" does not work

Do we have resolution for this? We've lost our SFTP connection as well. Sounds like IP whitelisting didn't solve the issue. This is affecting our email marketing segmentation b/c SFDC syncs are not occurring which are then further sync'd to Pardot. We have too many processes to have to do this manually.

This MuleSoft upgrade is worst and they have neither tested  nor realized the impact before upgrading

Still broken here.  I have had a couple of replies from someone at Dataloader.io and given them an update that it is still (partly) broken.  But it's incredibly slow.  I wasn't even made aware of this upgrade before it happened, which might have allowed us to prepare.

I'm still having to manually push a lot of imports, though some are working this week and I'm not having to use Data Loader desktop app, which itself has big problems (errors out randomly in the middle of imports, requiring multiple attempts).

We are looking to move to PowerAutomate instead.
