Hi Guys,

After some trial and error, I found a solution that worked for me:

1) On the dataloader.io login page, check the box for "I have a custom Salesforce domain"

2) Enter your sandbox login URL
3) Proceed with the login..

This worked for me, and I hope it helps others experiencing the same issue!

Hi, is there any solution to this issue? Same issue for me in Sandbox. The workaround with Salesforce custom domain does not work for me, log in is not possible at all.

Having this issue this morning when trying to connect this to our Sandbox.  The suggestion above did not work for us.  Logging in is not an issue, but when trying to start an import, we receive this error.

We are also receiving the error in Sandbox, but not Prod. Using the custom URL doesn't resolve the issue. I opened a support ticket on Tuesday, 10/1, and they let me know that their engineering team is investigating the issue, but I'm losing patience.  Their product is essentially down and they aren't being transparent.

Workaround that is working for me and my supported companies:

1) On the dataloader.io login page, check the box for "I have a custom Salesforce domain"

2) Enter your sandbox login URL  EX. Workaround.my.salesforce.com

Make sure to remove the  https:// and last /

3) Proceed with the login.

Then start your task and should give you no error

Unfortunately, I wish it was that easy. Entering a custom URL doesn't resolve the issue.  I met with Dataloader.io support team earlier today and will follow up on this thread once the issue is resolved.

Update—This issue is resolved, but only by opening a support ticket. Dataloder.io support stated that the problem was caused by the recent migration to the Mule 4 platform on dataloader.io.

Thanks @Charlie Houck.  It is working for our sandbox org now.

I'm still having the same issue. I don't want to log into Sandbox. I want to log into production. It's not working with standard log-in OR the custom URL.
