I am having issues with all of my exports over 100,000 rows. This has never been an issue before.
This has been happening for 2 weeks and I am getting little to no response from MuleSoft. Also, I am unable to connect to Dropbox. It errors out whenever I try.
I may need to switch platforms.
Can anyone in the community help?

Keith can you please update us? We are having the exact same issues (Connections to BOX) as well as the export issue. We logged over 15 defects on other items. System is completely destabilized on our side and we've received only perfunctory responses.
I received communication this morning that the Box connection is fixed.
I tried it, it is working well for me.
Dropbox still seems to be broken for NEW connections, but working for existing.
MAJOR UPDATE!!!
The preview is counting rows correctly again. I am trying my first bulk export now.... 2,000,000 rows. I will update everyone on whether this works or not.
This is a major step because as of yesterday, the preview would not even count the number of rows if it was too many. This prevented it from going into "Bulk" download and that was causing the forced expiration. If it counts rows, it SHOULD be able to natively going into bulk download and work.....
Testing now.
Large Downloads are still not working.
We had the same issues as Keith and the others above and ended up switching to dataimporter.io.
I got an email yesterday saying they found a glitch and they were working on it. If there is no solution soon, I will need to switch. For the short term, I built a duplicate database to emulate dataloader services using PowerBi.
I received a message this morning asking me to explain the issue.
Sigh.....
4 weeks and 5 times I have explained the issue. I may need to start from scratch again.

No. There are no updates. Sorry.
Also the Box.com connector is extremely flakey.
