contacts not deleted

I have run the process and a number of contacts have not been deleted from the Salesforce instance, but they are showing as successfully deleted in the success report. Any suggestions as to why this has happened?

Hi Marketing MktOps,

In order to analyze the issue, I will need you to share some more info. Please, provide the following:

  1. Task Run ID.
  2. The input CSV file.
  3. The Successes CSV file.
  4. The Errors CSV file (if any).

You can upload the files to some drive (like google drive, box, dropbox, etc) and share a link.
