
Yes, we are also experiencing the same issue. Currently I have jobs that still sitting in 'queue' status.
Many (but not all) of our hourly scheduled jobs have been failing for the past 20 hours, and the reason cited is "expired." Is anyone else experiencing this?

Our problems are resolved as of last night, and I hope that everyone else who experienced this problem is now also resolved. In case it's helpful to anyone else, this is what Dataloader.io Support shared with me about the problem on Sept 28, 2022:
We are experiencing some problems with the performance of dataloader.io with some users. The engineering team is aware of the situation and it will be resolved shortly. You will be notified when it is resolved through this ticket. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We are again experiencing this problem but the error is "Forced Expiration" this time. Many of our hourly export tasks are failing every few hours, and they are all jobs that use the Bulk API. Import tasks are not impacted by this problem.
The response from Support: "I think there is some issue ongoing. Let me confirm it from the engineering team."
Engineering just confirmed there is a problem on their end, and they are working to resolve it.
Engineering confirmed that the problem with the Bulk API is resolved.
