Dear all,
We experienced some problems with our systems today which resulted in a number of tasks being stuck. We've now resolved these issues and Dataloader.io is now running through the backlog of queued tasks such that you should shortly be able to see your task marked as completed.
We are working hard to improve our systems and supporting processes so that such issues do not happen in the future.

My tasks are still hanging. when is it likely to be resolved?

the one before this expired but it was within minutes not 2 hours?
please cancel task 9114880, single record created manually.
my task expired after 36 minutes - Task Run 9115027: Expired
is this happening again?

When I check my data, it appears to have run.

My dataloader is currently stuck...I tried to cancel the queue and it is frozen on "canceling..." Is there anything I can do?

I don't think the issue is resolved ... there a lot of issues being reported in other threads and we are facing same issue.

I am having this issue right now so this has not been resolved. Please sort this out asap.
Is this issue still occurring? I'm new to dataloader and don't know what to expect. My import (which is large and using bulk API), has been stuck in 'saving task' for almost an hour now.
