How does the Enterprise Trial work?

The Enterprise trial gives you full access to the Enterprise subscription features (including unlimited capacity for processing records, storing your files in your SFTP server and more) for 30 days.

You can sign up for a 30-day Enterprise trial directly from our Pricing page. When you sign up, you are asked to enter your credit card details, but you are not billed until the 30-day period ends. 

The trial is a one-time offer, and if you ever signed up for an Enterprise trial in the past and upgraded to an Enterprise subscription again, you are billed from day one. 

How many tasks can I create?

All versions of support an unlimited number of tasks per user.

How long do the tasks last?

Enterprise keeps your tasks forever. If you want a task to be removed you can always delete it.

How many scheduled tasks can I have at the same time?

With Enterprise you can have unlimited scheduled tasks at a time.

How many tasks with email notifications can I have at the same time?

With Enterprise you can have unlimited tasks with email notifications enabled at a time.  

How many records can I import, export, or delete?

With Enterprise you can import, export, or delete unlimited records per month.

Related objects exports and limits allows you to export both Objects and their parent information on a single task (for example: Contact with parent Account). Enterprise allows to do related object export of up to 100,000 records at a time.

File size limits

Enterprise import/delete  information using files of up to 100MB per file (~500,000-1,000,000 records depending on the number of fields and amount of information for each field). 

Dropbox, Box, FTP, and SFTP

Enterprise supports Dropbox, Box, FTP, and SFTP.

Salesforce Connections

Enterprise supports connectivity to up to 10 Salesforce connections. This also includes connections in Sandbox (not Salesforce usernames). For example: if a Salesforce user,, has an Enterprise subscription; logging in to with those credentials will allow you to add up to 10 connections (see how to add Salesforce connections for more info), and adding a Production and a Sandbox environment, would take up two different connections.

Salesforce Canvas UI

Enterprise is available in both it's web version on and there is a Canvas UI version that you can install as a managed package on your Salesforce organization. To install the managed package go to User Menu > Settings > User profile and select Production or Sandbox according to your organization type. Salesforce Security

Leveraging Canvas UI and Salesforce profiles, with enterprise Salesforce Administrators can have full control on which users from their org use As a Salesforce Administrator using the Enforce Canvas UI option ( User Menu > Settings > User profile) you will force all Salesforce users from your org to use only the Canvas UI version of Since you, as a Salesforce Admin, control which users can get access to the Salesforce App inside the managed package, you have full control who uses on your org.
