How to contact dataloader.io support

GOAL

Report a problem your are experiencing with dataloader.io. Only users that have a Paid dataloader.io subscription can submit Support requests, Free users can post their questions in dataloader.io's Community Forums.
 

HOW TO

You own a dataloader.io Enterprise or Professional subscription

The best option for you is to navigate to dataloader.io help center and sign in using your dataloader.io credentials for the user that owns the subscription.
This will allow you to create a ticket and it will be automatically categorized and prioritized accordingly.

1. To open a new support request with the dataloader.io Support Team, log on to dataloader.io, and click on the Help Center button in the top right corner of the UI as shown below:
   
   
   
   This will open dataloader.io's  Help Center in a new browser window/tab.
   
   
2. Once you are in the Help Center, Sign In (if you're not already) and click on one of the Submit a request buttons (located in the top right corner of the Help Center and in the middle at the bottom of the landing page).
   
   
   
   
3. Fill in all the information (as detailed as possible, including Salesforce username that's having trouble, Task ID, etc.) and when you are ready, just click on the Submit button.
